IFEXS · Integrated
A heavy-duty integrated fork positioner on a double shaft, with side shift and a light clamping function for round workpieces, big bags and coils.
The IFEXS is built to withstand intensive operation in the most demanding environments. Its frame has a double shaft guide, which gives unmatched stability and allows a light clamping function, for example for round workpieces that push sideways on the forks.
The forks run on shafts with heavy bronze bushings at top and bottom, so positioning and side shift are efficient and quiet. They are bolted to consoles, easy to replace, and can be swapped for clamp arms.
The valve sits in front of the right mast profile behind a heavy-duty protective plate, and the hydraulic hoses follow common standards for quick replacement. Clamping force depends on the friction between forks and load; the catalogue lists it for each model.
