Developed with global transport and logistics operators: more side shift without a wider frame, so containers are loaded and emptied 11–15% faster.
We developed the 2IFOSS in close cooperation with global operators in transport and logistics. Its design gives optimised side shift without increasing the frame width.
The operator can keep a good distance from, say, the inside wall of a container and still place the pallet exactly with the extra side shift. By our figures, containers and lorries are loaded and emptied 11–15% faster, and the longer travel reduces damage to truck, attachment and container.
The forks are shaft-fitted, with bronze bushes at the top and greasable rollers at the bottom, and the lower beam gives a large opening range relative to the width. Standard models cover 2.0 and 2.5 tonnes, with up to 3.5 tonnes on request.
