SPIKOOI® Stationary Pull Installation

Keeps wood out of the cleanroom.

Operation
Stand-alone unit

SPI · Stationary

A stand-alone unit that pulls loads from one carrier to another at the cleanroom boundary, where hygiene rules allow no wood.

The KOOI® Stationary Pull Installation transfers goods from one load carrier to another within cleanroom areas, where hygiene regulations allow no wood. It is especially useful for keeping wooden pallets outside the cleanroom.

The compact unit gives the benefits of a stationary push/pull attachment without the expense of a dedicated forklift and an additional operator. Loads are simply pulled from one pallet onto another, without the manual handling that pallet inverters often need. It is easy to use and does not call for the skills of a forklift driver working with specialised attachments.

Delicate loads are transferred safely, without the risks that come with clamping, pushing or inverting pallets. That reduces product damage and repacking costs.

  • Keeps wooden pallets out of the cleanroom
  • No dedicated forklift or additional operator
