RELT · Hook-on
Turns loads through 360°: from wooden to plastic pallets in the food industry, or pallets, containers and bales in waste handling. Side shift as standard.
RELT is the latest generation of our load turners and replaces the well-known RELV. It turns the load through 360°, which makes it well suited to moving goods from wooden to plastic pallets, as a special solution for the food industry, or to waste handling, where it takes pallets, containers and bales.
The upper and lower beams of the frame are our own T-profiles with replaceable PE liners, and the robust frame eliminates play and keeps noise to a minimum. The rotator has seals inspired by the offshore wind industry and a lock valve against free-wheeling. Side shift is standard.
The clamping valve has double locking and adjustable pressure, and a built-in flow divider keeps the turning plates in sync. The design lends itself to customisation that can streamline your operation and lower logistics costs. The RELT is also available as an integrated version.
