A 360° rotator with a cast housing, worm gear and seals inspired by the offshore wind industry. 2.5 to 12 tonnes as standard, up to 42 tonnes on request.
Our RE series turns the load a full 360° and is built for the most demanding environments. Its seals were designed with inspiration from the offshore wind industry, and keep water and dirt away from the components inside the rotator housing.
The cast housing has a worm gear for smooth, stable, vibration-free rotation, driven by a hydraulic motor. A lock valve prevents unintended free-wheeling. Together this means high quality and low maintenance costs. The narrowed sides keep the view clear through the centre of the rotator and past the mast profiles.
The standard range covers 2.5 to 12 tonnes, and our top-selling 2.5-tonne model is always in stock. Special designs go up to 42 tonnes. The 3RE-F for the fishing industry is hot-dip galvanised for a high corrosion class.
