HPPG3/HPPG4 · Fork-mounted

Fork-mounted push/pull attachment for slip-sheet handling. Saves container space and pallet costs, and switches quickly back to forks. 1,500–2,000 kg.

Moving goods on slip-sheets instead of pallets makes the best use of container space and saves the cost of buying pallets, so transport per unit falls considerably. The slip-sheets, cardboard or plastic, travel with the goods, so they can be handled with push/pull again at the other end.

The attachment loads and unloads containers quickly and takes over manual tasks that place a heavy burden on the body. It is designed for a quick switch between push/pull and traditional forks, which keeps truck and equipment flexible.

Typically used for goods up to 1,500 kg, it suits almost any industry, from food and wine to retail and bagged goods. It is also used to load containers for overseas transport, where pallet rules are so strict that goods must travel on slip-sheets. The HPPG3 is rated 1,500 kg and the HPPG4 2,000 kg.
